DESCRIPTION:\nRSVP FOR RECITAL HERE\nKey to Change is hosting a recital performed by our full-time Music Instructor of Violin & Viola, Dr. Natasha Kubit ( https://www.keytochangestudio.org/board/ ), accompanied by pianist Chris Powell. Dr. Kubit will perform pieces by several composers, including Sergei Prokofiev, Amy Beach, Grażyna Bacewicz, and Niccolò Paganini.\nJoin us at our Renton studio location to show support for one of our incredible educators and learn more about Key to Change’s programs. Students are required to attend and friends, family, supporters, and community members are welcome as well! \nLearn more about Dr. Kubit below:\nDr. Natasha Kubit is a passionate violinist and educator with over a decade of experience teaching in both private and group settings. She began playing the violin at the age of three through the Suzuki method and is a registered Suzuki violin teacher. Dr. Kubit completed her Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) in Violin Performance at Michigan State University in 2025, studying under Dmitri Berlinsky. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the Cleveland Institute of Music, where she also completed a Suzuki Pedagogy Master’s degree. \nAs a performer, Dr. Kubit is an active advocate for community engagement through music. Her performances range from esteemed venues such as Carnegie Hall and Severance Music Center to local community spaces.
