Avi Spillers makes another shining solo debut

Avi Spillers

Avi Spillers debuted with the Northwest Symphony Orchestra on October 11, 2025

Violin student Avi Spillers performed as soloist with the Northwest Symphony Orchestra last weekend, delivering a beautiful rendition of the first movement of Vivaldi’s Violin Concerto in A minor. Played with great confidence and command, she captivated a packed audience filled with community members, music lovers, and many of her family and friends. We’re incredibly proud of how far she’s progressed since her solo debut with Seattle Symphony in 2023!

A junior at Mount Rainier High School and an accomplished visual artist, Avi is an inspiration to her peers, many of whom look up to her. Several of our students also played alongside members of the NWSO during this “Adventures and Heroes” themed family concert. In fact, Avi’s accomplishments recently inspired her little brother, Finn, to start violin lessons this fall at our Des Moines studio.

Watch her full performance and see more pictures below!
