We are thrilled to share that an anonymous donor has pledged to donate $300,000 to Key to Change over a three-year period, $100,000 per year. This transformative investment will support the program’s growth so that we can serve more students across South King County.
“From here we will build up our teaching capacity, reach more students, and broaden awareness of our mission across the region,” said founder and executive director Dr. Quinton Morris. “With this leadership gift, Key to Change can move forward more quickly with exciting partnerships, respond more fully to community needs, and share the transformative power of world-class instruction more widely with the students who need it most.”
This donor believes deeply in our mission and is challenging the community to invest more in our students. “Supporting Key to Change is about ensuring every child has access to world-class arts education,” they said. “This gift strengthens their incredible efforts, but I also hope it activates others to contribute and multiply the studio’s impact.”
This is just the beginning. This gift is not an end in itself—it’s an urgent call to action for all of us to do more for kids. At a time when education and student support are under threat, programs like ours are essential.
To build on this momentum, we’re working to raise $250,000 by June 30. Every contribution—big or small—expands our capacity to evolve and reach even more students in South King County with life-changing opportunities. Contribute today!
