Spring Salon Fundraiser

You’re Invited to Our Spring Salon Fundraiser!

“The Spring Salon is one way to connect string students in South King County with the support of the community. The Spring Salon is an intimate gathering of friends and family, cheering on youth who are dedicating their time and talent to learning the violin.”

We are thrilled to invite you to our annual Spring Salon Fundraiser at the beautiful Abmeyer + Wood Fine Art Gallery in Downtown Seattle! Join us for an afternoon of performances by current students, plus an opportunity to meet our board, staff, and other members of the local music community. Let’s work together to celebrate our students’ successes and pave the way for the next generation of young musicians in South King County.

Hosted by Vivian Phillips, arts consultant and Key to Change Advisory Board member.

Vivian is an independent arts consultant focusing primarily on projects that forward the work of artists, arts organizations, community arts, and cultural engagement.  Her work places an emphasis on achieving equitable outcomes for traditionally marginalized members of the arts community. Vivian also served as a director on the Quinton Morris short film BREAKTHROUGH, based on the life Chevalier de Saint-Georges.  She is a past chair of the Seattle Arts Commission and serves as a director on the KUOW and University of Washington Foundation boards.
