Thomas Luu makes his first solo debut

Thoms Luu

Thomas debuted with the Seattle Philharmonic Orchestra on October 19, 2025

We are thrilled to celebrate our violin student, Thomas Luu, who made his professional solo debut with the Seattle Philharmonic Orchestra at the Renton IKEA Performing Arts Center last weekend. He performed Vivaldi’s Concerto in A Minor with artistry and poise beyond his years. This was his very first performance with a full orchestra, and right here in our own community!

A freshman at Raisbeck Aviation High School and student in our Young Artist Academy, Thomas has shown remarkable progress after only three years of violin study. Thanks to the generosity of a donor, he recently received a new violin that has inspired him to reach even greater levels of musicianship. His passion and commitment to music continue to motivate everyone around him.

We offer our sincere thanks to Allied Arts of Renton for sponsoring this memorable fall family concert, and for their ongoing support of local arts education.

Bravo, Thomas! Watch his full performance and see more pictures below.
